We strive to ensure that you love your Exclusively Kristen purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re happy to accept returns and exchanges, subject to the terms below.
Returns Policy

Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt of your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

If you choose to ship on your own, it is strongly recommended that you get tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail.
- Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Return Fees:

U.S. and Canadian Customers: A flat fee of $6 USD will be deducted from your refund if we provide the shipping label.
- Customers from All Other Countries: A flat fee of $25 USD will be deducted from your refund if we provide the shipping label.
Exchanges Policy
- Exchanges are free of shipping charges. If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please use our automated returns portal: Click Here to Start Your Exchange. Simply select the exchange option and follow the prompts.
- If you purchased an item on sale but it’s no longer on sale when you request an exchange, we’ll honor the sale price for the same item and color.
- Once your exchange request is received, your new item will be shipped promptly, subject to availability.

Shipping Policy
Turnaround: All orders are shipped within 2 business days Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Shipping Rates
There is no charge on orders over $100 for shipping via USPS to the USA and its territories. We also ship worldwide. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
