Returns, Exchanges, and Shipping
How To Return An Item
Exclusively Kristen will accept returns and exchanges on items within 30 days once you receive your merchandise. Please include the merchandise return form or a copy of the invoice and the reason for the return. If your order appears to have been worn and is not re-sellable, Exclusively Kristen retains the right to refuse to refund the item. Refunds are limited to the cost of the garments returned. We do not refund the cost of shipping as that is an expense paid to the carrier. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to Exclusively Kristen for an exchange/refund. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail and we strongly recommend that you get a tracking number and insurance for your returns.1. Mail your returned item to:

2. Include in your package the merchandise return form (be sure to write the order number at the top of the form) or a copy of the invoice and reason for return.
Return ExceptionsMerchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. We also do not refund the original shipping that you paid on the order.
If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange it for a different size/color of the same item or a different item. If you are exchanging for a different item a credit/additional charge will be placed on the credit card that you used for the original order if the new item is a different price from the original. You will not incur a new shipping charge on exchanged items.

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.

All orders are shipped within 2 business days Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:
FedEx Ground and 2 Day (See map of Ground transit times below)
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
There is no charge on orders over $100 for shipping via USPS to the USA and its territories. We ship to select countries outside of the USA (see list below). Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
We ship to the following countries:
Russia (Moscow and St. Petersburg)
United Arab Emirates
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
