Shipping Policy

Turnaround:
All orders are shipped within 2 business days (Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm).

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders:

• DHL
• USPS
  
• UPS
• FedEx
  
• SF Express
  

Order Tracking:
If a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.

Shipping Rates:

• Free shipping on orders over $120 to the United States.
  
• Free shipping on orders over $150 to the rest of the world.
• Button-downs and tank tops ship from our USA warehouse; the tank dress ships from Hong Kong.
• Items shipped from Hong Kong to the USA take 6-10 days to arrive.
• Taxes and duties on items shipped from Hong Kong to the USA will be paid by Exclusively Kristen.
• We ship worldwide. Before completing checkout, you will see your shipping cost and can decide whether to proceed.

Back Orders:
If an item goes on back order, we will ship the in-stock portion of your order immediately. When the back-ordered item becomes available, we will send it to you at no additional shipping cost.
