This Privacy Policy explains how Exclusively Kristen, LLC ("Exclusively Kristen," "we," "us" or "our"), an Ohio limited liability company based in Solon, Ohio, collects, uses and shares information about you when you visit www.exclusivelykristen.com (the "Site"), buy from us or contact us. Information we collect

Information you give us

Order and account details: your name, email address, billing and shipping address, phone number and order history.
Payment details: you enter these at checkout and they are processed by Shopify and our payment providers. We do not receive or store your full card number.
Fit information: if you use our Personal Fit Check form, we collect what you submit, such as your height, bra size, measurements, the size you usually buy and the brand. We use it only to recommend a size. The bra size tool in our size guide runs in your browser, and what you type into it is not sent to us.
Messages and requests: emails, contact form messages, and return or exchange requests.
Newsletter sign-ups: your email address, and your name if you give it.
Reviews: any review, rating or photo you submit.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Site, we and our service providers collect technical information using cookies and similar technologies. This includes your device and browser type, IP address and approximate location, the pages you view, the site you came from, and actions such as adding an item to your cart.

Payment providers shown at checkout, such as Shopify Payments and PayPal.

Redo, which runs our returns and exchanges portal.
Mailchimp and Klaviyo, which sends our email newsletters.
Judge.me, which collects and displays product reviews.

We keep your information for as long as we need it to fill your orders, handle returns, support you and meet our tax, accounting and legal requirements. After that, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.
